1. Product description
The DeFelsko (USA) PosiPen measures the thickness of non-magnetic coatings (such as paint, plating and hot-dip galvanising) on ferrous substrates. It has a very small, special magnet, so it can measure very small parts and protruding or recessed areas as accurately as a probe.
2. Features
1. Suited to measuring
① small parts, hot surfaces or surfaces that are hard to reach
② thermally sprayed materials
2. Simple
① Easy to use
② Light and portable, shaped like a ballpoint pen
3. Durable
① No batteries needed
② Resistant to impact, acids, oil, water and dust
4. Accurate
① No user calibration needed
② Every gauge comes with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST
③ Very wear-resistant tip, for long service with consistent accuracy
5. Three indicator scales compensate for gravity
① Red/silver line for horizontal measurement
② Green line for measuring vertically downwards
③ Blue line for measuring vertically upwards
3. Accuracy and model selection
