Product overview
The ERICHSEN 243 T Automatic Viscosity Timer is an accurate, practical auxiliary instrument consisting of a levelling base, a simple, sturdy support column, a corrosion-resistant cup holder and a precision "electric eye".
Its advantages:

The thermostatic jacket is easy to fit and remove, and with different sleeves it fits flow cups of different shapes.
Applications
The ERICHSEN 243 T is mainly used to hold the flow cup steady during tests and to remove operator influence when measuring the viscosity of Newtonian liquids.
Test principle
The 243 T uses the fact that a liquid stream blocks light. A high-precision photoelectric sensor captures the moment the stream breaks, giving a reading to 0.01 s.
